Black Self-Care Talk

Black Self-Care Talk is a community dedicated to promoting ​wellness and self-care among Black individuals. We believe that ​prioritizing self-care is essential to overall health and happiness, ​and we aim to create a safe and supportive space for Black ​people to connect, share, and learn about self-care practices.

Join us as we work towards promoting self-care and wellness ​within the Black community. Together, we can break down ​barriers and create a culture that prioritizes and celebrates ​Black self-care.
